    Mixed in PJ for fun. Always found that they feel harder than SJ at low %, but it switches around 80-85%. I can probably still power jerk at least as much as I split even after not doing them for so long.

    Legs wouldn't wake up on squats should be better tomorrow.

    Slightly narrower stance on snatch. Upside is better brace off floor, more power in extension. Downside is harder to control bar path. Need more up less bang.
