Body Weight Press Log - COMPLETED
Trying to press my body weight, which was 170.3lb as of this morning. Current PR is 155.
Will log all presses and accessory work.

The start of the challenge, goal is 80kg.
Today I clean and pressed 65kg for a max, did 2x55, and 2x50 after that. Did a couple sets of dips to close the workout.
This morning while messing around in the yard, I did
1x155lb failed, so I push pressed it, and locked out overhead for about 20 seconds.
1x165 push press, with 15s lock out
3x3 drop sets at 125lb
Today after my workout I pressed 135lb for 3 sets of 2
Today I did
a set of dips and pushdowns.
additional notes: just focusing on bringing the volume up, hopefully hitting 60 2/5 next week and eventually 75 for 2 which should give me 80kg

Clean and Press
50kg 2/6, felt really comfortable, could've kept going forever.
Dips 10/3, last rep from pause at the bottom. Mobility's getting better.
