    Well it's been a while...
    Can finally press again, gotta start light tho

    40kg 5/4

    Dips 15kg
    6 sets, don't count reps, main goal is just to get a pump. I used the dip "belt" Chinese style, changed the exercise entirely. Having the weight behind you feels so much more comfortable!

    Now I really want to get through this fast, hopefully the shoulders don't give me shit anymore.

    I can't believe it, I actually made a pb in the press today

    Press
    60kg*2 PB
    40kg 5/3

    I'll be cycling different pressing movements to get to the 80kg, but for the press I'll be doing the "one top set + back off sets" since it really felt solid today and my shoulders didn't hurt. Can't take high intensity for multiple sets, perhaps too grindy...
