It might be an internal suspension by the Russian authorities.
Reuters picked up the report from TASS - the Russian state news agency.

Ooft. Well there's a name I didn't expect to see again, Scott Hisaka. I doubt he cares about this much considering he's in jail for far more serious things than violation of anti doping regulations.
I'm interested in this line in the suspension notice (bold/italic text):
I don't think I've seen this before in WADA suspensions. Is this something that is unique to USADA or is it a new WADA development?Hisaka’s four-year period of ineligibility began on December 15, 2020, the date on which he accepted the sanction. In addition, Hisaka’s competitive results on and subsequent to October 31, 2014, the date on which he first purchased prohibited substances, have been disqualified, including forfeiture of any medals, points and prizes.
i.e. Six years of vacated results + four years of suspensions = ten years of erasure
There's been multiple of the same type of suspensions recently through USADA. All results after the purchases were made were removed, but the suspension started at the time of the announcement. I can't remember ever seeing the same type of thing through WADA, but I doubt WADA is looking for proof of online purchases athletes made.

I've seen this before with IWF bans, i.e. everything after day X deleted. Why/how, no idea.

now speaks of a "temporary suspension", whatever that means. Further she's still training for the Euro champs.
I would say, maybe he admitted to USADA he was on gear through that whole period or something.
But it seems you would only do that to get something in return, like a two year ban, etc.
Weird.
---------------
EDIT: if they DO in fact have online receipts for PED from a bust of that company. It would stand to reason to void results in that timeframe of the purchases.

Anyone know how long of a sentence Hisaka ended up getting? After the DUI
