    Did not end up training until today. Just tired and with family almost all day, then driving home (got home at 3:30pm yesterday and was just tired af)

    67.5 x 1 - this was a solid day of not missing

    107.5 x 1 - felt good, feet caught a little wide but no big deal

    Paused Back Squat - about 1 sec pause

    Snatch Complex - Snatch + Hang Snatch + 2 OHS
    40 x 1+1+2
    47 x 1+1+2
    52 x 1+1+2
    57 x 1+1+2 - this was what I needed to complete the FB online challenge
    60 x 1+1+2 - think I have more, but not today, good test of where I was at

    I don't normally like complexes, but I see a lot of lifters doing various permutations of them, so for this month's Master's challenge on the book of faces, I decided to participate and see where/how well they work

    CJ complex - Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat + 2 Jerks
    50 x 1+1+1+2
    65 x 1+1+1+2
    75 x 1+1+1+2
    85 x 1+1+1+2

    Worst part about these was the rerack between jerks and being able to catch breath between lifts. Think I have more though, so we'll see

    Back Squat
    100 x 2
    120 x 1
    135 x 1
    145 x 1
    155 x F - energy was severely lacking after the complexes, oh well

    55 x 1/2 - missed first rep, not really sure why, but second was easy enough
    60 x 2 - this was solid considering I missed the double last week
    62.5 x 1/2 - missed first rep again, this time due to mental break, made second and called it

    Block Clean

    85 x 2
    92.5 x 2 - felt good to hit this, getting better at block cleans

    65 x 1+F, F, 1+1 - true test of resolve to hit this

    Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk
    50 x 1+1+1
    60 x 1+1+1
    70 x 1+1+1
    80 x 1+1+1
    90 x 1+1+1 - hardest part was unracking bar back down into hang without dropping to floor first

    Front Squat
    90 x 3
    110 x 3
    120 x 3 - didn't really feel too heavy, but hard enough
