    Working sets of bench were supersetted with

    68 x F, 2 - the fail was very forward, not sure what was happening here, but nailed the double after a brief rest

    Back Squat

    130 x 2
    140 x 2
    150 x 2 - these were a little grindy as the legs were a bit trashed and I was trying to control the descent a bit

    145 x 1 - although they moved all right and none of them were really grinders, they didn't feel all that great either

    125 x 3 x 3 - felt a bit heavier than I would've liked

    Clean
    61 (135lbs) x 1, 1 - did a jerk on these, but my left shoulder was really sore and didn't want to injure it anymore, so just cleans today
    75 (165lbs) x 1
    84 (185lbs) x 1 x 5 OTM
    88 (195lbs) x 1 x 5 OTM
    93 (205lbs) x 1 x 5 OTM

    As you can see, I'm back to this programming. Not doing the work up to a heavy single after the 3 rounds mostly so I can get my consistency back up now that my left shoulder is feeling better and my overhead position seems to be straightened out.

    No PT work today as I was tired and wanting to get to the UFC fight (which was awesome!!).

    I need to get my Snatch back, not to mention my CJ. My squats have been improving, but my pulls and overhead strength needs work after correcting my overhead lateral stability

    Monday, 5/24/2021 - Lifetime Fitness so you know about the LBS to KGS conversion
