    61 x 8/10 - not OTM, but close (didn't really time it per se), missed 1st and 6th rep, 8th was caught a little wonky but the rest were all good. This is the best I've lifted in quite a while so I'll take it

    80 x 3 - these moved really well and didn't feel that heavy

    102 x F - need to work on punching under the bar as I didn't really get that low on the 93

    147 x 1 - really heavy, should have warmed up with a few more reps

    Haven't logged in a while as I'm trying to figure my schedule and training out a bit. Lost my Bulldog a couple weeks ago, which has really messed with me mentally, in addition to starting a master bath remodel which has my anxiety ratcheted up a significant amount. So, I've been lifting but not on any type of schedule/program.

    Decided to get back on the Mills 20/20 program but with some mods due to how well it's worked before and due to schedule, etc.

    Snatch
    43 x 2, 2, 2
    52 x 1 x 5 OTM'ish (not really stop watch timing, just trying to stay close)
    57 c 1 x 5 OTM
    61 x 1 x 5/6 OTM - missed 5th rep and wanted to end on a make, miss was just getting tired

    Clean
    61 x 1, 1 - there were with jerks, but decided after these to just do cleans then jerk after
    75 x 1
    84 x 1 x 5 OTM'ish as above for snatch
    88 x 1 x 5 OTM
    93 x 1 x 5 OTM - these weren't really heavy, but the gym was humid as crap and the liquid chalk was all but gone so even hookgrip was challenging

    BTN Jerk
    61 x 2
    75 x 2
    84 x 1
    93 x 1
    102 x 1, 1 - went pretty well, looking forward to getting this up closer to 110-120 or so.

    57 x 1 x 10 OTM - all done with hook grip, no straps, and moved pretty well

    Front Squat

    93 x 2
    107 x 1
    116 x 2 x 6 sets - not heavy, but not light either, good weight to get restarted on these

    Snatch Pull
    97 x 2 x 4 sets

    61 x 1 x 4/5 OTM - missed one and others were a bit ugly due to friend coming up and chatting during this round
    64 x 1 x 5 OTM - redeemed myself pretty well, but also said friend had left so I could focus better

    These were good, really need to get myself back to the 60/65/70 rounds that I was doing before

    Cleans
    61 x 1, 1
    70 x 1
    80 x 1
    88 x 1 x 5 OTM
    93 x 1 x 5 OTM
    97 x 1 x 5 OTM

    These went well considering my right thumb had been smashed and was very sore, and the gym was humid so grip was a bit of an issue. Left it here due to time
