    61 x 1, 1 - not great, but decided to strap up with hook grip here

    The 15/15 really rocked me here...

    Front Squat + Jerk

    107 x F - made the FS, missed the jerk

    BTN Jerk

    Ended up pressing out a couple reps, but made a few pretty well. Got some work to do here!!

    Barbell Curl

    These were a bit tough, so going to work on them, just because!!

    125 x 4, 4, 4, 4 - not terrible, but not really smooth either, have to work on that

    Snatch BTN Press

    52 x 1 x 10 OTM - got a little hard on last couple reps, but good restart on these

    Was almost decent enough temperature wise to train at home, but the humidity was crazy so went to the gym

    Snatch
    43 x 2, 2, 2 - will be interesting as the left bicep tendon was a little sore
    52 x 1, 1
    57 x 1
    61 x F, 1
    66 x 1
    70 x 1 - not the best rep as I caught it forward a bit, but after a short rush forward made the rep
    64 x 2/3 - missed first rep

    Clean & Jerk
    61 x 1, 1
    70 x 1
    79 x 1
    88 x 1
    97 x 1 - jerk was not great, but working on that
    102 x 1 - way better all around!!

    Clean Pull w/shrug
    120 x 5
    134 x 2 + 3 DL

    Heaving Snatch Balance (have been wanting to see how these work, so decided to try them)

    39 x 3 - these all turned out decent enough, just had some soreness in left bicep shoulder tendon area

    61 x 1 x 5 - felt heavy, but no misses, also left shoulder feeling achy sore for some reason

    Power Clean

    84 x 1
    93 x 1, 1, 1 - these were all caught a bit lower than normal because they felt heavy

    Front Squat
    80 x 3
    93 x 2
    102 x 1
    111 x 3, 3, 3 - not bad, felt alright

    Warm-up - foam roll upper back and lats, then 2 sets of 8 shoulder dislocates

    Snatch
    43 x 2, 2, 2
    52 x 1, 1
    57 x 1 x 5 OTM x 3 sets/rounds

    These went very well considering my left shoulder had been bothering me, I really think the foam rolling and dislocates worked wonders

    Snatch Pulls
    70 x 3
    84 x 3, 3 - pulled to mid to upper chest

    Back Squat
    84 x 5
    102 x 3
    125 x 5, 5, 5

    BTN Jerk from Rack (had to lower each rep back onto my back between each set)

    All felt pretty good and solid

    116 x 3, 3, 3 - felt a little heavy, but got through them just fine

    DB Arnold Press

    35lbs x 8
    40lbs x 8
    45lbs x 6 - pretty solid day

    One more training this week on Friday, then off for 9-10 days on vacation

    I'm done with this log and this website. We don't have many members here, but the one that are here are seriously petty. Just because I disliked a comment, you're going to come in here and dislike my training?? Done with this shit!!
