    Pull ups (AMRAP) + 10 push up every five minutes x 8,7,6,6

    The good thing is my max dead hang reps have increased to 8. The bad thing is after the fourth set, I felt a pain in my upper biceps tendon, so now I'll need to lay off the pull ups for a couple of weeks.

    Tried an easy row to complete the evening, keeping the power low to not aggravate the tendon
