    Row 2K cool down

    Started squats with the barbell...took a while to get my shoulders warmed up to rack the bar comfortably on my traps. Decided to switch to the SSB for a couple of drop sets in comfort. Too tired to do anymore than a leisurely 2K row after.

    DB Snatch: 70 x 2 sets of 5 each hand

    Hotel gym. They have a water rower which sucks compared to the Concept 2. Everything else is adequate but masks are mandated which makes it hard to put in much effort.
