Blairbob's workout thread.
Well, since I'm getting off one program and sorta testing another one out, why not log it online instead of just a journal.
Monday, May 4th 2015-
Weighin under #184 so 83.X at midday on one protein shake and half a glass of water.
FS to 132/#290, miss 133/#292. PSn to 66/#145, 3x2@62/#135
Focus on popping out feet on PowerSnatches, felt slow off floor till mid thigh probably because of FS before.
Jerk dips off pins for 3. 125/#275, 143/#315, 166/#365
Pushed for time since gym closes earlier now and one more youth lifter came in after main group.

Split Jerk off rack to 99/#217, made it. Miss@101/#222, made it, make at 102/#225. Heaviest jerks with no left wrist crumpling since before October meet last fall.
3x2@94/#205 sorta EMOM as time was running out.
Meant to PushPress afterwards but ran out of time as got to gym late because of waiting for it to stop raining.

BS up to 155/#340, missed 160/#352. Even 143 felt tasking.
Clean High Pull/Extension+Clean to 85. Few misses with 84/#185 and 83ish/#182 on the clean. Pulls became extensions as they got to heavier bumps. Told my buddy I'd be lucky to get 85 and was right. Last bump was 1kg so it was a good lift, no miss but not sure how much more I could have made.
That's it. Ran out of time to back off and work cleans off blocks.
Weighed in under #185/84+ kg and sorta was irked but forgot I had a solid breakfast this morning, whey protein, cup of coffee and a few large mugs of water besides losing some weight after back squats.
Had meant to do some Kang Squats after as well but no time. Need to figure out a good time to add in jump exercises.

Push jerk to #210/95. Miss@ #217 and #215 and training make with #215. Tried to back off and do #197/90 and no dice. Same with #192. Dropped to 85/#187# and did 3x2.
PP to #160, missing #180, then #172, then #165. 3x2@#155/70. Front rack started being pretty difficult and called it as I had thoughts of doing 5 sets.

SnHP+Snatch in straps to #162/74, close miss at #167/76. Was gonna do some backoff from blocks (rails actually) need to set up blocks instead. Out of time anyways.
Shoulda pushed a few more attempts for 80+.

Sat May 9th
Didn't sleep well at all last night, just couldn't get comfortable or would wake up and feel refreshed from just a little bit of sleep that made it difficult to go back to sleep.
Woke up at 12, didn't want to get out of bed till 1230 because I felt lousy and made it to the gym with under 2hours left.
BS to #347/158, got pinned with 160/#352. Progress considering after last night and from Wednesday.
PC+PJ to 85. No time for backoff, meh.
Managed to set up a circuit of
Clean Pullsx2 #195, 205, 210
Jerk Drivesx3 #195, 205, 210
SnPPx3 #95, 120, 135x10
So no time for weighted jumps or RDL's or DB MuSn. Oh well, it's just the first week back.
Will do some BW stuff a bit later. Pullups, dips, jumps, HS, Lower back work and leglifts and abs (HeS/HS Leglifts?) Lsit, hollow/arch stuff.
Didn't really do any accessory work this week and should next week.
May go to track tomorrow. As in maybe, as quite possibly won't. 
Evening BW accessory work.
5 standing broad jumps in yard. 7 neutral grip pullups. 10 assisted ring dips. 3 rounds.
3 rounds of HeSLL 5-6-7
2 rounds of 10 Bulgarian ring pushups and 10 one arm rows on rings standing under.

MuSn+OHS to #140, missed #145 didn't want to take #142
Snatch HighPull+Snatch no straps to #175. Caught #177 but lost it forward at the bottom (shoulder fatigue?)
3x2 PSn with #155/70 with straps. Actually got pinned on last rep 15-30 degrees above parallel LOL.
Pretty good day considering it was one serving of protein and a redbull. Must have been all the peanut MnM's I ate last night besides 2 kiddy bags of doritos and pixie sticks. Actually weighed in under 85kg down from #190 on Saturday afternoon.

Wednesday May 13 #186 eggs n ham breakfast, 2 protein servings and redbull
BS to #350, loaded #357 and bumped to #360 and pinned. Probably coulda made #357
Clean HighPull/Pull to #197/90. #195 from #190 was a bitch but after making it the #2 bump was doable.
4x2 cleans with #172. Missed first rep of last set but made 2 more and called it.
Kang Squats for 5 with #100, 120, #135, #145, #152
50 single unders, like half a dozen double unders and went home.
