skipped yesterday, was getting late. I think it started to rain but not sure if it would been hitting garage underhang. meh
11-18 made the mistake of not eating all day so grabbed a dbl western from carls besides running on a handful of peanut mnm's. didnt start warming up until after 9
Opted for PSn which means I'll do PCJ on Friday morning if I have enough time as I have to help a buddy move over the weekend. Maybe can get a session in on Sunday. Will see.

been a few days. back felt very stiff leaving for work tday. stiff warming up. felt good after some Sn bar work and PP, then started feeling the same immediately after i started cleaning up weights after squatting lol

12-14. More of the same, get home too late, it ain't warm in the garage or just lazy.
managed to finally lift though I had meant to last weekend. sleep has been kinda meh
ate a big fajitas burrito. 3 servings of diet cola so roughly around 120mg of caffeine. popped some whey and a banana before with a diet shasta.
just gotta don layers and it's not so miserable to warmup.
left wrist and shoulders def werent used to snatches. haven't done lifts in 3 weeks, sn in 4.
HipSnx5 50 60 65 68/2 70- hip hang high pull, miss out front, slightly out front in the hole on 2nd, hit it on 3rd with some fatigue shoulders so dumped it after recovery right at 10pm

small dog interrupted Sn as they were getting heavy wanting to get nearby. not sure if it had merely got out or was a stray. put everything in garage and went around looking it for 60-90min
fs 70 100 125 140 145. last 3 dropped down fast and grinded the shit back up
messy 50MuCnPP. dirty PCJ 70. clarked 80, high pulled it, panda, and nada.
put 50 in rack for PP but was dead.
