1/17 oops. moved my buddy for 3 days last weekend but didnt workout in between besides touching the bar (which I did the friday before last for 5-10minutes).
going on decent sleep. ate a breakfast bowl around noon and a burrito around 5 and snacked a bit around 8 (yogurt, banana, 2 waffles).
warming up was a m'fer. winded but eventually got over it
No hip MuSn from hang to floor: 30/10 x5: 40 45 48 50
No feet Sn balance 50 60 70 80. racked 85, felt heavy on lower back. racked again, felt even heavier
No feet Cn from hip 50x5+PP+PJ+SqJ. moved on
50x10 DL. Cn grip, then Sn grip. 70x5 Cn grip, then Sn grip (short break in between)
FSx3 70 100 120 (heavy but good form)
BSx3 100 125 140 felt like i had extra reps on each. probably 5-10 with 100, 5ish with 125 and 140 if i wanted them (which i didnt)

Pullups 1-2-3-4-5-6-7. needed a longer rest after 6. too tired for 8. done

huffing and puffing thru warmup but maybe bc the temp had dropped to sub 50 from 80 tday. had to take a nap in evening bc just was tired. didnt eat much tday. 3 eggs, 4 small mini sausage patties, handful of choco peanuts and doritos. made up 2 kodiak waffles with whey and most of a banana for training
HipSnx5 50 60 65. 68/3 70/3: pandas (2 sets), finally hit it for 3. havent done that in awhile
tried MuSn 50 after this and nope

1/24. slice of pizza around noon. dbl western bacon cheeseburger after 4. had some guacamole and chips in the evening. banana before training
short on time as usual but didnt have to combine C&J as I decided to see how silently I could do push jerks (no feet).

2/6 well, havent' lifted in 2 weeks. worked away from home for nearly a week after last workout so was hella sleep deprived and tired. no excuses for last week besides out of habit and laziness
2 squares of lasagna during day. got hungry in evening so had half a banana and some yogurt and choco almond clusters. had to take a phone call for 30min before Sn? ugh

went skiing 8-10, martial arts and a bike ride on the 11th and dead on the 12th. rearranged garage intending to train afterwards on Sat 13th but was wiped afterwards and left knee started acting up which right knee did on the 14th.
nice training on the garage floor which seems pretty even. was even kinda warm with garage door all the way down at 54 degrees so i cracked it a bit which seemed to stop sweating lol
HipSnx5 50 60 65 68 for a high pull and 2. 70 missed 5x. 4th attempt had a soft right elbow but the rest were forward just a smidge

2/19 warmed up, had a small snack before which was a banana, whey, a biscuit and some peanut m&m's. shoulda ate some yogurt too. got to warming up the bar and basically gassed out. brunch was 4 eggs, 1 meatball and some noodles so just not enough calories but wanted to try to train instead of just eating dinner
2/20 didnt eat until ate but ate a medium size tray of mac n cheese and a handful of roast beef. banana and whey later, forgot about yogurt but got through workout even if it got interrupted by messages

3/8 hahah, its been awhile and so lifting was also crap-even warming up though i have been doing other stuff
this was a late session as i had been awake almost 12hrs so energy levels definitely felt it
HipSn 50/5, 60 felt heavy af but decided to do 3 panda pulls with it, then 60/5. put on 65 and too much, so did 3 more pandas. then 68 and 70 for 3 more pandas.

3 eggs, 2 cheeseburger patties, handful of tortilla chips. ended up crashing out late afternoon for a nap which means working out later than i intended. also herbal crap likely made stomach kinda full while warming up
Sn: 50 DL, knee high pull, panda from hip then one from floor. 50 MuSn. 53 DL, knee high pull, panda from hip, panda from floor. 53 MuSn. 55 DL, high pull, panda. 55 MuSn. 60 DL then panda. 60 Psn. 65 DL then panda. 65 Pow Sn a bit forward. 68 DL, Panda. 68 fine. 70 Dl, Panda. 70 miss just out front. 70 miss out front more worse. 70 again miss out worse even more, legs losing oomph. Started feeling hungry towards end of SN likely running out of cals.
50Mu Sn wasnt easy and neither were the others.

50 PCJ. 70 PCJ. 80 pull to hip, 80 atttempt to do an extension. 80 didnt even get it to hip before stopped. 85 cn ext. 90 cn ext. 95 cn ext. 100 cn ext. These were all kinda slow. Legs felt weak pulling off floor. maybe should have done a DL or panda to prime before but oh well
Decided to do some Sn balances. 50-70, racked 80 but didnt attempt. moved on
btn PP followed by lowering down and pressing. 50/5, 55/5, 58/2, 60/1. 50/5x2
BSx10 70 100 120 loaded 130 nada. same with 120. stripped to 100 and did 5. 110/5, 120/5. 120/10 was a bit tiring but 100 wasn't really. had kinda hoped to work up to 140/1 then down but oh well

dawdled tnite fucking with my stupid phone cable which has been giving me trouble all week with connecting to my laptop. 3 fn hrs though i was chatting as well
brunch was ravioli and 2 huge meatballs. had a banana, yogurt, cookie, 2 kodiak waffles and finally some whey was enough after 10. late night sesh
testing out some new barbells. didnt really do much with the womens but i suppose i can do play around with 50 on an off day.
first time snatching without straps in forever. i usually never chalked up with low weights and Rogue/IWF bars but knurl on WLHbar felt like my grip was weak on Snatch. probably just needed chalk lol
had to make feet sounds soft bc of lateness
overhead strength was crap lol. eventually ran out of gas, did some presses and squats and called it
