    8-11. smaller plate of chicken teri, ate the other half bag of funions (never again). kodiaks and yogurt, went to take a power nap and was knocked out for 90minutes besides way dehydrated after (fn hot). ate a banana. thought i had enough cals going in but died on jerks. ate some chips before PP and helped. especially the salt

    Jerksx5 50 70 (oof) 80 (each rerack got even heavier). 85-nada. put 83 on and barely racked it.

    PPx10 50 60 (oof) 70/5, 3, 2.

    skipping jerk dips because i think they made my shoulders wonky for last weeks cleans. will see.

    instead of dicking around with lots of warmup pulls, tried to see if i could do without it and if it just a head thing. apparently.

    Mu Sn 50, 55, 58, 60, 61 lol. 70 Panda, Psn. 75 Panda, Psn- felt something in my hip and decided to skip full lifts. after SnPP, my hip popped a bit so maybe that was it. Panda pull: 80 83 85

    MuCnPP 50. PCPJ 70. 80 panda, PCPJ. 85 panda, PC-no jerk. heavy lol. Panda: 90 95 100.

    pull is still slow as fast off floor but if i can get to mid thigh, I seem to be good. Fn legs.

    kb swings with straps 1.5pood: 25x, 50x. i feel like i would have to do way more reps to build some fatigue in hamstrings and I'm just doing metabolic work, especially on 50.

    8-17 got a burrito from brunch, not as big as yesterdays from chiptotle but didnt want a huge one anyways. yogurt, some grapes and an apple skipping kodiaks.

    too much time on my feet working tday or i just need to warm up a heavy single with more reps (as i have been doing in the form of pulls). need to figure out a happy medium. used straps to snatch bc i had a feeling it would be shit otherwise

    MuSn 50 55 58 (2 misses then make lol) 60 (2 misses and a dirty make). psn 60. panda 70, psn. instead of going to 75, did a sn at 70. both the psn and sn were a bit fwd. bleh

    50 Dip Sn+Pause Knee Sn for 3 sets. first set was meh and each set got better though hips felt wonky on dip sn especially landing.

    Panda 50, 70, x3: 75, 80, 83, 85

    SnDLx5 85 ( was thinking 100 but wasnt gonna happen after rep 5 though 85 started out heavy than I have been ). 100, 110/3, 115/2, 120/1 lol

    blame someone on Reddit for a comment they made. Always wanted to try them sorta anyways. Never have tried pork rinds and though my buddy swears by them, I'll pass.

    man, i felt tired waking up tday though initially didnt get much caffeine. took day off work and laid down after 5 and didn't get out of bed until nearly 8 (though i think i was only out between 545 to 715-lots of switching sides. warm blanket felt really good on body. knees and shoulders and wrists were sore which also needed some bodywork which i did while lying down)

    3 eggs, 2 cheeseburger 1/4lb patties and 2 hashbrown patties. yogurt and 3 kodiaks later then went and got a reign and bam that picked me up besides a 20oz diet cherry coke since i still felt dehydrated. popped a tab of acetominophen. joints felt better after training than going in. warmup was fast with that much caffeine in me. ate a banana and munch on an apple some chip crumbs during training.

    50 Cn high pull+MuCn+dip clean. 70 Cn high pull+PC+dip clean. 80 Cn high pull+PC+dip clean. 85 panda, PC. 90 panda, 90 Cn.

    PK+dip clean 70, 80. 85 Clean. Panda pullsx3: 90 95 98 100. slow until hip lol then good pop.

    FSx3 90 110 120 125/2+1. 100 110 115 110 100.

    Jerk dips in jerk rackx10 70 90 105 115 120 123 125. Dips in clean rackx10 135 140 143. 145x30 s rack hold

    CnDL+rdl thangx5 90 115 (jumped to 140 by accident, nada. meant to load 130 but loaded 135 unevenly so nope). 130 137/3, 140/2, 145/1

    3/5ths lb beef+1 egg, yogurt, banana, kodiak cakes, SF rockstar. handful of chips and an apple i ate during training. wasnt' exactly feeling sharp after i got home from store so chilled for like an hr which made it a late sesh (energy felt fine going to store but felt like a nap afterwards including popping the rockstar)

    50 SnDL+dip high pull, SnHighPull+dip panda, MuSn. Better than i thought it would be since bar felt so heavy. Did 55 as well.

    60 SnHighPull+dip panda, Psn. Same with 70 then finally PSn on 3rd try (2 previous pandas). Same again with 75 for Sn.

    short break, chips.

    50 CnDL+dip high pull, MuCn+PP. 70 CnDL+dip high pull, PC+PJ. 80 CnDL+dip high pull, Cnhighpull+dip panda, panda. 80PCPJ. shoulders ached reracking it. 85 CnDL+dip high pull, CnHighPull+dip panda, panda. 2 more unintentional pandas. Finally 85Cn no J. done

    70 SnPPx5 50 60 70 75/4+couldnt make 5th and epic dump. caught breath and hit it. 70/2+1

    BSx5 70 100 (oof) 120 130/3+2. 100 110 115 120/3+2

    neutral grip pullups: 12-11-10-9-8.

    warmed up bar for cn grip rdls but couldnt get 50 off floor. done.
