    ate 3eggs and a cheeseburger patty with some chips. banana, a mounds candy before working out and some chips during. clearly this was not enough calories. shoulda ate more earlier. oh well. felt pretty fresh warming up tho (which could be since i lifted yesterday)

    50 CnDL+hang high pull. 50 MuCnPP. 70 CnDl+hang high pull. 70 PCJ. 84 CnDL+hang high pull, panda. 84 PCJ. 88 CnDL+hang high pull, panda. 88 CJ. 90 CnDL+hang high pull, Panda. 90 Clean no jerk lol. felt damn heavy in rack. 88 was a sketchy jerk too.

    70 dip, pause knee, clean+PJ. 80 Dip, pause knee Cn, PJ. 85 CnPJ.

    CnDl+hang high pull, Cn ext+speed pull, speed pull 95 100 103 105. 110 DL lol

    neutral grip pullups after awhile: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7. tried 10s of rest after 1st set, then 5s more each set until 5 until basically 45-60. blah. not worth reversing down

    thought I'd go heavy on Monday but didn't feel it. Had way more sleep going into monday than i normally did but felt fine. I think i was just far more dehydrated than i thought evidenced by picking up a drink at the dollar store at 530 having left the gym and it perked me up. oh well

    ate 2 bfast bowls, yogurt and 3 kodiak mini waffles. and a banana. made it through session but was definitely hungry towards the end with rest times reflecting that

    Dip Snx5: 50 60 70/4+1. put on 73-so heavy. same with 72. Back to 70 for 3 and 2, last rep out front a bit. OH position a bit fatigued maybe still from Saturday.

    first set of lunges warming up were stiff af but eventually warmed up. had contemplated jerks with tomorrow cleans but that din't work out so welll last time

    7-29 man i was hungry today. also 3 days in a row was no picnic especially back to back days even if Tu was lighter (which is also likely why i didnt feel completely like ass). turns out, still didnt eat enuff for the sesh. 3 eggs, 2 hash brown patties, 2 cheeseburger pattys, yogurt and 3 kodiak pancakes later with banana. and a bowl of tortilla chips that got me thru session. also hot like yesterday which is why yesterday was tougher than monday which was cool.

    made the mistake of not eating until 6. didnt feel like it wasn't enuff sleep since i napped until 6 and earlier than that as well for a bit too. even after a plate of chinese food, knew i was gonna be hungry. yogurt, 3 kodiak pancakes, banana seemed to hit it nice but felt full for awhile until it settled

    back felt very tight on warming up MuSn. Actually missed first set of 50 and even the DL and pull was weak until i strapped up on next set. Bar had felt fine. hit it but decided to just make it a 50/70 day. 50 MuCnPP felt fine but 70 definitely felt heavy for the PC and Clean after it. 50 and 60/10 SnPP went ok. a bit heavy, lower back still wonky and tight and achey. Missed 70 twice and got it on the 3rd but was done.

    kb swings after seemed to make lower back feel better afterwards. but felt hungry in the session so likely wasnt enuff cals besides the fact that i hadnt trained 3 days in a row in like 3 weeks during the week (and probably pushed it too much on Thur for CnDL).

    50 SnDL, Sn HP+panda (blah). Miss 50 Sn more of a high pull. Tried again with straps and made it but finishing it was pressy. Psn 50 ez but Sn 50 felt more than heavy enough to bother considering trying for 70 for the day (had hoped 80-85 if i felt good).

    BSx10 70-good, 100-oof, 120/5, 3, 2.

    1.5 pood KB 10 DL, 10 DL high pulls, 25 russian swings, 50 russian swings (grip definitely tasked besides breath but didnt feel hard besides that. could see pushing for 75, dunno about 100). interesting test of workout capacity. prolonged grip would be challenging

    ate 3 carbon tacos, 1 large and 1 value taco at del taco, handful of m&m's earlier and yogurt and a banana before training a bit and a bowl handful of chips during. hungry afterwards so just about right

    Dip Snx5: 50 60 70 came back after some pulls and could not hit 70. Dip Pandax3 72 74 75. had hoped to SN 72 but no dice
