    5/29 been lazy. meant to train on Thursday or Friday but Thursday wasn't likely to happen. Should have on Friday but didn't because cut sleep a bit short and it was off from Thursday anyways.

    slice of lasagna with cold brew in afternoon. Can't remember if I grabbed a handful of peanut m&m's when i woke up or as I was getting ready to train (or both lol). Popped whey and a banana and snacked on a handful of tortilla chips from warmup to end of session. ate more lasagna afterwards with veggies (not in it bc that is gross)

    5/31 going camping later this week so training will be odd. Figured I did something light. 2 small squares of lasagna which ended up being a sizeable plate of lasagna. popped some whey, ate a banana and munched on a apple and a small handful of tortilla chips which i finished with the apple after training

    6/2 managed to stop by a WL gym. then went camping Th-Sun and ended up walking 11-12mi on Monday with 15kg ish. I suppose I could have found a place to train in Sac but it would have been a huge pain in the ass. Did nothing Tu as I was sore af, especially feet

    Let's see if I remember what I did. Wasn't running on much food but did pop a Rockstar. Ate a gas station bfast burrito, a banana, some rice pudding. Had an apple during training.

    50 SnDL+HighPull, MuSn. 57 SnDL+HP, MuSn. 65 SnDL+HP, PSn. 70 SnDL+HP, PSn. 73 SnHP, Psn. 75 SnHP, Psn. 78 SnHP, Sn. 80 SnHP, Sn. Didn't know I would have a 75Psn in me. 80 was slightly forward but didn't miss, just had to settle. Maybe could have attempted more but 78-80 likely meant there wasn't much left.

    50 MuCn+PP, 70 PCJ, 80 PCJ (not as snappy as 80 earlier in the week or to try 85-really had it in my head to attempt 100 after Sn 80). 87CJ, 92-nada. managed to pull it but just nothing left.

    6/12 went camping after last entry for 4 days, walked 11-12mi in total (broken up) with 15kg on 6/7 so my feet were crushed for a few days after.

    didn't have much in the tank going in 3 hot links, handful of potato chips, handful of grapes a bit of melons. handful of unshelled peanuts, and a pint of ice cream.

    50 SnDL+SnHP, MuSn. 57 SnDL+SnHP, MuSN. 65 SnDL+SnHP, PSn. 70 SnDL+SnHP, PSn. 70 Sn.

    50 MuCn PP. 70 PCJ. was gonna do another Clean with 70 but forgot. CnDL 80, decided to move on. Sloooowwww.

    SnPP 50/10. PP 50/10

    FSx3 70, 100 BSx3 tried 100, 70 then 100 both for 10

    50 intending to do GoodMorning or KangSquats but ended doing them as Sultan's.

    5 shrugs in hang, 10 neutral grip pullups. 1-2-3-4-5. Even 1 was tiring but after that was fine. 5 was starting to get tough.

    less than 2hrs including setup and clean up and putting shit on. hopefully will do 4 days this week (TuWTh ugh and Sat). at least TuW should be pretty short.

    3 eggs and a handful of salami for bfast and a small handful of peanut m&m's. yogurt, protein, banana, some grapes and a handful of tortilla chips i worked on through the session.

    6/22 woke up still feeling stiff. didnt eat terribly much. 3/10lb of pastrami, 2 slices of cheese, greek yogurt. 2 kodiak waffles. ate 1-2 handfuls of leftover fritos with protein and a banana

    snatches went kinda meh from 50. lockout, especially on wrists felt fatigued. strength work went fine. not used to recovering from snpp after 2 days or dunno
